Control Visit

This visit can only be requested if the first visit has already been carried out as the nutritionist needs to evaluate the medical history form that the patient fills out only during the first visit and the variations that the patient has had after having carried out the diet program.
The patient will need to fill out the follow-up form and update his medical record with current nutritional and symptomatological parameters.
He will also attach any new diagnostic tests requested by the nutritionist or by his attending physician.
